Bismarck State College (BSC) will host renowned youth advocacy and higher education law expert C.L. Lindsay to shed light on the critical issues of underage drinking and the adverse effects of social media on today's youth. The presentation held on Monday, Aug. 28, at 6 p.m. (CST) at the National Energy Center of Excellence on the BSC campus is free and open to the public.

Lindsay, an attorney, author and student advocate from Solebury, Pa., will share valuable insights into the pressing concerns affecting today’s young generation. Pizza will be served at 5 p.m. for networking opportunities among attendees, followed by Lindsay's presentation at 6 p.m.

In the last six years, Lindsay has spoken at more than 1300 United States colleges and universities. Funding for the BSC event is provided by a grant from the Otto Bremer Trust.
