During President Skogen’s tenure, BSC grew in students and capacity. In 2013, the college’s enrollment exceeded 4,000 for
the first time, cementing BSC as the third largest college in the North Dakota University System. 

Additionally, the college, often in partnership with the BSC Foundation, completed 16 major building projects since 2007, creating, as Skogen says, “the most beautiful campus in North Dakota.”
