BSC to host screening of “We Ride for Her” documentary

Bismarck State College (BSC), in collaboration with Bringing Humanities to Life and Humanities ND, will host a screening of the documentary "We Ride for Her" as part of its ArtsQuest programming. The event will take place on Sunday, April 21, at 2 p.m. in the BSC National Energy Center of Excellence, Bavendick Stateroom, 1200 Schafer St., Bismarck.

"We Ride for Her" is a documentary short film that brings attention to the pressing issue of missing and murdered Indigenous women and relatives. Through powerful storytelling and firsthand accounts, the film sheds light on this epidemic and calls for action and justice.

A panel discussion featuring individuals who have dedicated themselves to addressing this critical issue will follow the documentary. The conversation will provide attendees with valuable insights and perspectives on how to combat the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women and relatives.
