Due to dangerously low wind chills, decreasing visibility, and no-travel advisories, all Bismarck State College offices and on-campus events are closed and canceled on Thursday, Dec. 22, and Friday, Dec. 23. Only designated emergency personnel should report to work. The BSC Student Union and Mystic Marketplace will be closed on Friday. Regular business hours and services will resume on Tuesday, Dec. 27.
