Dickinson refinery has a new vision on the horizon

An oil refinery in Southwestern North Dakota is changing its name and coming up with a new recipe for renewable fuel.
Tesoro Refinery is embarking on a new vision.
"Today is our first day that we are officially Andeavor," said Ron Day, Government and Public Affairs Officer for Andeavor.
The refinery is also exploring the possibility of using vegetable oil as a renewable fuel source.
