The Student Nurse Organization at Bismarck State College is holding a Scrub Camp for children ages 7 to 12 on Friday, November 10, at the BSC Allied Health Campus, 500 E. Front Ave., downtown Bismarck.

Activities are designed to provide a fun, educational way for kids to learn about the profession of nursing. Campers will learn about the body, listen to the heart and lungs, check blood pressure and care for wounds. Each child receives a free scrub top.

The one-day camp runs 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes lunch.

Cost is $50 per child. Pre-registration is required. The registration fee can be paid online or on the day of the camp. Checks can be made out to Student Nurse Organization. All proceeds go towards the Student Nurse Organization Medical Mission trip to Guatemala.
