Rights/Protections

Your name, the name of your firm and any sensitive information about your business are all guarded carefully. Unsafe conditions or violations uncovered during consultation are not reported to OSHA's enforcement division. No citations are issued and no penalties levied. Rather, our professional consultants are interested in helping you eliminate hazards before people get hurt, before they cut into your company's profitability and long before they become a legal problem. By committing to correct any imminent danger, serious safety or health hazards in a timely manner, you eliminate the need for penalties. The NDOSH Consultation is a cooperative, proactive step, one that you request and that can save you time and money for years to come.

Remember, consultants will not issue citations for violations of federal or state OSHA standards or routinely report violations to enforcement, nor can they guarantee that any workplace will pass a federal OSHA inspection. But they will help you recognize hazards in your workplace, suggest options for correcting them and identify additional resources for assistance. And they will provide you with a detailed report on their findings for use in correcting health or safety problems.
