Enrollment Verification for Students
Students needing proof of enrollment for military, insurance, housing rental assistance or any other company/provider may generate a PDF Enrollment Verification Certificate using MyHub within Campus Connection.
Enrollment verifications generated when using MyHub through Campus Connection are official and don’t require a college signature.
What's on a Verification
As shown in this Enrollment Verification Certificate Sample, your enrollment verification will include the following:
- The name of the institution you're attending ("Bismarck State College")
- Your legal name
- Your anticipated graduation date
- Accreditation information for BSC.
- Your enrollment details by semester, including the semester's start and end dates and your enrollment status (e.g., full-time, half-time)

How do I get a verification?
After registered & before the first day of classes:
Advanced Registration enrollment verification allows students who are registered for an upcoming term to print/view enrollment certificates BEFORE the term starts.
Advanced Registrations are not reported to NSLDS, guarantors, lenders, or servicers of student loans.
Advanced Registration is available the first Monday of each month as follows:
Fall Semester – May, June, July, and August
Spring Semester – November, December, and January
Summer Session - February, March and April

After registered & the first day of classes or after:
Enrollment Verifications allow registered students to generate a PDF enrollment certificate online beginning on the first day of a specified term. Certificates are reported for federal compliance reporting to NSLDS, Guarantors, lenders, and servicers of student loans.
Enrollment is submitted on the first day of class, then bi-weekly (Friday).

Enrollment Verification for Outside Agencies
If you are an employer, someone verifying a student scholarship, insurance company or other third-party agency needing certification of student enrollment verification at Bismarck State College (BSC), please note the following:
The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) has been authorized to act as our agent for certification of enrollments and degree verifications for students who attended BSC.
Expected Degree Verification for Students
Students who need to provide verification of expected degree completion to a 3rd party prior to the degree being posted to the students official BSC transcript.
Students must:
- Be enrolled in or have completed all courses toward the degree
- Have submitted an Application for Degree
- Have contact information (i.e. email, fax number or address) of the verification recipient
Degree verifications will include expected/anticipated graduation date, program and degree.
Complete the steps to submit a request:
- Sign into Campus Connection
- Select BSC eForms tile
- Select Academic Records in the left menu
- Select "Expected Degree Verification"
Confirmation will be sent to BSC Campus Email.
Please expect 3 business days for processing.
Degree Verification for Students
For a student to be awarded a degree, an Application for Degree must be submitted. Once all degree requirements have been reviewed and degrees awarded, official transcripts may be requested showing proof of degree. Degrees are posted approximately four weeks after the end of the term.
Degree Verification for Outside Agencies
If you are an employer or background screening firm, or other third-party agency needing certification of student degree at Bismarck State College (BSC), please note the following:
